On January 8th , 2024 *Chairwoman Rosenworcel Updates Members of Congress Regarding the Status of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). In this release Chairwoman Rosenworcel stated that the ACP which allows for more than 23 million households nationwide get online and stay online is in urgent need of additional funding to keep the ACP in place.
Today, January 25, 2024, the required funding has not yet been released in support of ACP. We feel confident that this much needed funding will be made available, however we want to make certain to update our customers of the status of the much-needed ACP funding.
Integrated Path Communications, LLC (IPC) supports the 2021, Congress passed Bipartisan Infrastructure Law which carved out $14.2 billion dollars for the ACP. The ACP has helped nearly 23 million households nationwide "get online and stay online" so that they have the high-speed internet service they need to be able to participate in modern life.
Integrated Path Communications, LLC (IPC) values its customers. We want to let you know that current FCC funding for the ACP may run out in April 2024. If the current funding ends in April 2024 the ACP credit of **$30 applied to your monthly internet service and a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase an eligible hardware device may also end.
