Lifeline is a federal program that provides discounted phone and internet services to eligible low-income consumers. It aims to make communication services more affordable by reducing the cost of basic services like mobile or broadband internet.The Lifeline benefit must be claimed through participating service provider such as Integrated Path Communications, LLC (IPC).

YES! IPC has carefully curated a "Lifeline" service plan so that Lifeline eligible subscribers can enjoy Free Talk-Time, Texting and Free Internet (limited data) every month.

Majority of our customers continue to receive free service month after month every month as long as they continue to qualify for the Lifeline benefit.

Consumers are eligible if they participate in certain federal assistance programs like Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), or if their income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Lifeline provides a monthly discount of up to $9.25 for qualifying broadband or phone services. For residents on Tribal lands, the discount can be up to $34.25.

You may be eligible to get Lifeline based on your income or participation in a government assistance program. You need to first apply and qualify for Lifeline Program. Please visit the Lifeline Support website to apply for Lifeline: www.lifelinesupport.org/get-started.

If you are already qualified, to receive the Lifeline benefit, please sign up for service here.

Once you are enrolled, you will continue receiving benefits as long as you remain eligible. You must re-certify your eligibility every year to keep receiving the discount. IMPORTANT: You may choose to transfer your Lifeline benefit to another service provider, in which case, your current Lifeline plan with IPC will be terminated.

No. Lifeline limits one discount per household, which means only one person can receive the Lifeline benefit in any given household.

Yes! You can transfer your Lifeline benefit from a different service provider to IPC. Provided its more than 60 days since your last transfer or enrollment with your current provider. If you are on Tribal lands, the wait time is 12 months. You must provide a "transfer consent" before transferring your service over to IPC.

Once you apply online you may receive an immediate approval, provided your eligibility is confirmed automatically by USAC's National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database.

If your eligibility is not automatically confirmed, we will request additional documentation from you and provide information on how you can submit those documents.

IPC is currently approved to provide service under the Lifeline program in 3 states - New York, Wisconsin and Texas.
